Saint Tryphon (pronounced tree-fon) Farm & Vineyards developed from three core loves TEXAS, great wines, and good people. Their goal is to craft outstanding wines from great vineyards in Texas. And by "great," we mean interesting, wild, and authentic.

For those staying, we have planned a cocktail workshop. Join us for this interactive experience meant for entertainment and joy. Assemble cocktail will supply all the bar tools and ingredients needed to handcraft two cocktails.

Attendees will be able to enjoy their creations and take home a component of the cocktail made during the workshop (syrup, garnish, etc) and a recipe card. The workshop will take place at Assemble Cocktail's cottage studio and will last about 90 minutes.
